Introduction
In a typical panorama of Valdarda, there is an historical and country cross-section characterized by gastronomical passion. At trattoria pizzeria "il casolare" taste and flavour are well combined with familiarity and a warm welcome. Patrizia, the owner, has been doing this work since 25 years ago and she gained wisdom and experience. She fell in love for this old manor house and, through an important engagement, she has totally renewed it mantaining the country style. the place is divided in four delicious rooms furnished with taste and in great detail. In the kitchen Patrizia and her daughter Elisa prepare local dishes with fresh season ingredients. the cold meats and salami are local ones and the pasta and dessert are handmade. the most requested dishes are the tris of first courses (potatoes tortelli, tortelli of ricotta and chicche della nonna) and the second meat courses (as tagliata and irish angus steak). the wines are chosen between the most famous local and national labels. the client service is aware thanks to Elisa, who can counsel at the client the best enogastronomical combination. Finally, Patrizia serves excellent pizzas cooked into the wood-burning oven, prepared by Laura. "Il Casolare" organizes different theme dinners very stimulating. Possibility of turistic menu and work menu.
